Parenting Successful Teens

You aren’t failing as a mom.  You’re actually a better mom than you think.  You just have the mom version of imposter syndrome and it’s hurting you.

People with imposter syndrome usually don’t know they have it.  They believe that they really are screwing up.  So if you don’t know that you have it, how do you address it?  That’s what we’ll cover in this week’s episode.

If feeling better as a mom is on your bucket list for 2020, then I suggest that you set up a time for us to discuss how to make that happen.  Click here to pick a convenient time.  There is no charge for the call, it’s my gift to you.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN FROM THIS EPISODE:

  • Symptoms of imposter syndrome to identify if you have it.
  • How our having a distorted view of our performance holds us back from improving it.
  • 3 main thoughts that create imposter syndrome for mothers (really for all people because it goes for work too).

How to stop feeling like you’re failing.
